Tennessee Partial Martial Law

It appears that the Tennessee Legislature passed a law giving the Governor Partial Martial Law authority.
This was probably done in response to the September 11 attacks.

Neither the Governor nor State Legislature should have this authority.
The rights of people and businesses should not be infringed upon with a Stay at Home order, using this statute.
If the situation is dire enough, then declare Martial Law and be ready to justify it.

Governor Lee was doing everything right until the point that Professional Pressure swayed him.
Strong requests, guidance, preparing for the worse, he was doing great.

The solution to the root cause of the problem is to have the Law that gives Partial Martial Law authority repealed.
Everyone who is upset with the current conditions should contact their State Legislators and request a repeal.
