It’s time to stand up for the rights of young people.
The constitutional youth climate lawsuit, Juliana v. United States, has a hearing at the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in Portland, Oregon on June 4th, 2019.
More than a thousand supporters will gather at Director Park downtown at 10:30 a.m., just a few blocks from the courthouse (which only seats about 40 people) to make clear to the government that the American people support these young plaintiffs and the constitutional rights they seek to protect. There will be a livestream of the oral argument, music, art, and speakers, including the youth plaintiffs and their attorneys after the hearing has concluded.
🔉🔉🔉 If you can’t be in Portland to rally on June 4, visit www.youthvgov.org/alleyesonjuliana for information on how you can show solidarity from wherever you are. Help us make history by having this be the most watched Ninth Circuit oral argument ever.
