9:00 to 9:30 a.m. – Welcome music with JJ Fraser performing acoustic folk-rock
9:30 to 9:55 a.m. – Event Kick-off
– National Anthem performed by singer/songwriter and scientist Ivy Brown
– Welcoming and announcements by emcee David Romer
– Opening Remarks by Mike Nelson, Channel 7 Meteorologist and Chairman of the Station Scientist Committee for the American Meteorological Society
10:00 to 10:45 a.m. – We march on nearby Denver streets, starting on Bannock
10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. – Teach-in Tables will offer live science discussions and demonstrations
10:45 to 11:30 a.m. – Musical Performance featuring blues, R&B and funk by Papa Juke (Juke Head Fan Page)
11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. – Science Speakers
12:30 to 1:00 p.m. – Papa Juke returns for a second set
1:00 to 2:00 p.m. – Elected Official and Science Speakers
2:00 p.m. until done – Tear Down and Clean Up
